Reports
Reports turn your performance data into a clear, shareable summary — useful for updating stakeholders, reviewing results with your team, or keeping a record of how campaigns performed. Find Reports under Manager in the sidebar.
Generating a report
- Open Reports and click Generate Report.
- Set the options for the report (such as the time period and accounts to include).
- uplane builds the report and adds it to your list.
If your ad data is still syncing, uplane lets you know — reports generate once the latest data is in.
Choosing which metrics to show
Reports let you tailor the columns to the metrics you care about:
- Add or remove columns from the full list of available metrics.
- Search the column list to find a specific metric.
- Reorder your selected columns by dragging them into the order you want.
This way, each report shows exactly the KPIs your audience needs — no more, no less.
What's inside a report
Open a report to explore the results. Depending on your data, a report can include:
- Headline KPIs you can click to change which metric the trend reflects.
- A trend over the selected period.
- Top performers — the ads or campaigns driving the best results.
- Notes where a day has limited data, so you don't over-read a small sample.
Sharing and delivering reports
- Share a link. Reports can be shared via a link so people can view them without needing a uplane login.
- Send to Slack. Push a report to a connected Slack channel on demand.
- Automatic delivery. Turn on Auto-send reports to have uplane deliver performance updates to Slack on a schedule — great for daily or weekly standups. (Requires a connected Slack channel — see Connecting your accounts.)
Managing reports
From the Reports list you can search your reports, open any report, regenerate one to refresh its data, and send it to Slack.
