Navigating uplane
This page covers the basics of getting into uplane and finding your way around.
Signing in
uplane runs in your web browser — there's nothing to install. Open your uplane URL and sign in with the account you were invited with. If your company uses single sign-on, use the same login you use for your other work tools.
If you don't have access yet, ask your team's uplane administrator to send you an invite.
Workspaces
Everything in uplane lives inside a workspace — your team's private area containing your brands, ads, campaigns, and reports.
- Your current workspace is shown at the top of the left sidebar.
- If you belong to more than one workspace, click the workspace name to switch between them.
- Each workspace keeps its data separate, so you only ever see the content for the workspace you're in.
Some workspaces show a small region badge near the bottom of the sidebar (for example, "Frankfurt, Germany"). This tells you where your workspace's data is hosted — useful for teams with regional data requirements.
The sidebar
The left sidebar is your main menu. The exact items depend on what's enabled for your workspace, but commonly you'll see:
- Manager — your performance area, containing Dashboard, Campaigns, and Reports.
- Ad Concepts — where you create and organize ads. Your concept folders appear nested underneath.
- Landing Pages — build and organize landing pages (if enabled).
- Brands — manage your brands and products.
- Images — your workspace image library.
- Quick Upload — a fast way to upload files and get shareable links.
You can group your Ad Concepts and Landing Pages into folders directly in the sidebar — use the add (+) control to create one, and drag items between folders to organize them.
Global search
Click the search icon at the top of the sidebar (or use it from anywhere) to quickly jump to brands, concepts, ads, and other items without clicking through menus. Start typing and pick a result to go straight there.
Your account menu
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find your profile. Open it to reach:
- Channels — connect and manage your ad accounts and Slack (see Connecting your accounts).
- Workspace Settings — manage workspace details and members.
- Account — your personal profile and security settings.
- Sign out.
Next step
Before creating ads, connect the accounts uplane will publish to and report on — see Connecting your accounts.
